We are seeking a motivated, experienced Staff Nurse to join our client's busy Pre-Operative Pre backssment team at their acute hospital site based in York. This is a full-time post but we are open to hearing from nurses seeking to negotiate a part-time opportunity. This organisation is Britain’s largest not-for-profit healthcare organisation. A key provider of independent healthcare in the UK, working with many of the regions most eminent consultants and a broad spectrum of experienced healthcare specialists. Their York Hospital has 30 ensuite inpatient beds, 2 Laminar flow theatres, 1 Minors/Endoscopy Suite, and 13 consulting rooms. Main clinical specialities include; Orthopaedics, General Surgery, ENT, Gynae, Urology, Cosmetics and Ophthalmology. This centre of excellence delivers a high standard of Surgical, and pre-operative care supported by state-of-the-art equipment. Person requirements: Registered Nurse with full registration with the NMC. At least one year experience in an Outpatient, Pre backssment or Surgical Ward setting with experience caring for patients on their surgical journey Orthopaedic experience is desireable but not essential.
