This pivotal role requires a strategic approach to drive sales growth and marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue targets. Responsibilities: Lead the Sales and Marketing departments, devising strategies to increase revenue and brand visibility. Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans, focusing on both existing and new business opportunities. Collaborate with the Marketing team to create compelling marketing campaigns, ensuring synergy between sales and marketing efforts. Analyze market trends and customer insights to tailor strategies for maximum impact and market penetration. Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts, driving strategic partnerships and fostering business growth. Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns to effectively communicate the brand's value proposition. Set KPIs, track performance metrics, and conduct regular evaluations to ensure sales and marketing goals are met. Participate in industry events, networking activities, and trade shows to expand business relationships and market presence. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to drive innovative strategies. Requirements: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in both sales and marketing within the hotel industry. Exceptional leadership skills to guide and motivate teams towards achieving sales and marketing objectives. In-depth knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and market analysis.
