Chef Recruiter – London Chef Recruiter Location: London Salary: £50,000 COREcruitment is working with a multi site restaurant brand who are looking for a Chef Recruiter. For this role you must have the knowledge and understanding the of chef world. Your main responsibilities will be to recruit and staff the most suitable for each site, well looked after team members in kitchens across the venues. You will build relationships with chefs and managers within the business. What can you expect You will actively take responsibility for the successful recruitment, onboarding, and life cycle of the culinary team, including right to work compliance checks, through to coordinating our in-person recruitment/induction sessions. You will be the go-to person for advice and support to help guide our team members and manage their expectations on a day-to-day basis. You will need to be comfortable working independently on your own projects as well as being a team player. This is a varied role with excellent development opportunities. You will be required to work at events to get involved in on-site staff check ins, whilst offering support and valuable feedback to our clients and team members.
