We are looking to recruit a Senior Business Development Manager on a 12 Month FTC to join the team. Futureworx has an increasing number of external engagements, including opening discussions with prospect partners, customers, and grant funding applications. There is a workload of support to engagements, direct participation/facilitation of those engagements, and management of bid deliverables. The purpose of this role is to manage the process, workload, and participate directly in external engagements to deliver the business case strategy of each of our start-up ventures. You Responsibilities in this role include: Maintain oversight of the breadth of external engagements, relationships and bids (inc. grant funding) and provide a management dashboard perspective to support the leadership team. Contribute to and maintain a working understanding of the business development strategy of each of our ventures (e. g. Lilypad, Hydrogen, external grant funding applications). Act as the customer-facing front-end of Futureworx, and directly support/lead business development engagements. Work in conjunction with our Business Development Consultant to facilitate targeting, " door opening" and realisation of our business case strategies with new customers and partners. Apply background skill sets (e. g. Project Management, Technical Comprehension, Strategy. Planning etc) as necessary to support the broader Futureworx team activities.
