Director of Sales and Marketing - Luxury Hotel Collection Salary: €€ basic + bonus on performance DOELocation: on site with travelling or remote with travelling. We are looking for an experienced and high-performing Sales & Marketing Director to join this Luxury Hotel Collection. We are searching for a candidate that has 5 Luxury Hotel experience and has passion, be creative, determined and be goal oriented. As part of the Executive team, you will be in charge of creating and implementing a strategic commercial and marketing campaign for promoting each properties and the group across targeted International Markets. Key Responsibilities Lead and direct the development and implementation of strategic sales and marketing plans Develop, maintain and implement strategies/action plans to generate revenues for the hotels. Help keeping the company competitive and innovative. Promote high visibility through active involvement in industry associations, trade shows and other national and international activities Identify emerging markets shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status Design and seize all advertising and public relations opportunities. Effective management of all budgets to insure optimum operating profit. Reporting, communication and presentation of management information and KPI statistics to director and board level Qualification Required & Experience Degree in business administration / marketing or a related field Successful track record as a sales & marketing director, consistently meetings or exceeding targets within Hotels or Group Perfect understanding of the market of Luxury Hotel with Spa and Wellness is needed SLH; LHW; etc. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization A driven and dedicated commitment to success without sacrificing integrity Strong computer skills and experienced using web-based marketing avenues and social media Experience.
