A leading premium care group is looking for an experienced Chef to join the team at their brand-new luxury care home in Walton on Thames, working as Head Chef. As Head Chef you will lead, motivate, and inspire your team. You will have the opportunity to design your own menus around the needs of residents, ensuring the menus are person centred. Candidates will have: Previous experience working at Head Chef level Experience in leading, motivating and inspiring a team Hold City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent A good understanding of nutrition Experience of working with fresh seasonal food Good understanding of HACCP and COSHH Benefits: Days only, alternate weekends, 40 hours a week Working with fresh seasonal food, catering at restaurant standards without restaurant hours Have the freedom to get creative in a brand-new kitchen with all mod cons working with state-of-the-art equipment Be creative and develop your own menus Have the chance to be part of the chefs academy and chef of the year competition.
