You will be supervising day-to-day activities, such as inventory management, merchandising, and ensuring the store is clean and organized. You are fully comfortable with a store pre-opening and therefor have great organizational skills. Comfortable with cash handling You will be Hiring, training, and managing staff- your team will consist of 100 + employees This involves scheduling, setting goals, and providing guidance to ensure excellent customer service. Ensuring exceptional customer experience by resolving complaints, addressing inquiries, and maintaining a customer-centric environment. Setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to achieve sales goals. Responsible for budgeting, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability. Overseeing stock levels, conducting regular inventory checks, and ordering merchandise to maintain adequate inventory levels. Implementing marketing strategies, coordinating promotional events, and ensuring effective advertising to attract customers. Ensuring the store complies with all regulations, including safety standards, employment laws, and industry-specific requirements. Analyzing sales data, trends, and customer preferences to make informed decisions about product offerings, pricing, and marketing strategies. Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and quality product deliveries.
