Job Summary Now, if you were to come on board as our Director of Banquets , we'd ask you to do the following for us: Develop and manage Food and Beverage operations Hold team accountable to steps of service to deliver great guest service Ensure team members have the tools necessary to complete their jobs Ensure show quality standards are always maintained Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and guests, regularly obtaining feedback to improve operations Support and communicate company initiatives Ensure the execution of all menus, promotions and programs as outlined by the Director of Operations in accordance with Compass standards Ensure that all security, safety, and sanitation standards are achieved Achieve daily sales and assigned cost and budget goals Provide operational planning to ensure adequate products and equipment are ordered for anticipated business levels Practice proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment Follow and enforce responsible alcohol.
