Leaving Care Personal Advisor needed with Plymouth City Council Leaving Care Personal Advisor needed with Plymouth City Council Start Date- ASAPLocation – Plymouth Duration – Initially 3 months Hours per week – 37 hours a week Salary – £18 ltd an hour Description: To support young people age 16 to 25To build positive relationships with young people to assist them in their approach to leaving care and following their 18th birthday To support young people to make a successful transition to independent adulthood To support young people manage good health/opportunities for education, training and employment/appropriate accommodation/managing their money/support positive relationships with family and friends To ensuring positive Pathway Planning and regular reviewing of Plans with young people What is required 2+ years working with children and families within the Social Care sector Experience as a care experience person/with care leavers/as a Personal Advisor would be desirable If you are interested please call Jemma Molloy on 01772 xyzxyz or email me your CV – If this role isn’t right for you, but you know someone who would fit perfectly to our engaged and devoted team and you refer them, you will receive a referral bonus of £250.
