Lead Supported Living Worker Gateshead - Watergate House Fixed Term Contract, 12 months, Full Time (37.5 hpw) Salary £22,500 p. a. As our Lead Supported Living Worker, you’ll be at the heart of supporting our customers who need extra care in their day-to-day life. Youll help develop their skills to live more independently in our registered CQC service, rated Good and you’ll make a big difference each day as you help our customers achieve their hopes and aspirations. Amazing we know! Typical day as a Lead Supported Living Worker Creating support plans with your customers and coordinating our small team of Support Workers working to the plans. Carrying out risk backssments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews. Customer group – Extra Care Scheme is for 65 + who needs support on a daily basis. Helping customers with daily living activities such as making meals, shopping, budgeting, maintaining their tenancy and moving onto independent accommodation if they are able. Supporting customers with their personal care and medication needs outlined in their support plan. Cuppas, chats and catch ups. There’s no rushing from one customer to the next here! Plenty of time to collaborate with colleagues too. Fancy going home each day knowing that you have helped change our customers lives for the better. You bring You’ll have or be willing to work towards your Level 3 Health and Social Care Certificate Passion to support our customers to live their best life, working collaboratively with an eye for detail.
