New Concept Development Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our next-generation retail and hospitality concepts. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate, design, and implement innovative concepts that elevate the customer experience. This role is a perfect fit for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, possesses a keen eye for trends, and is excited about pushing the boundaries of traditional retail and hospitality. The Key Responsibilities of The New Concept Development Manager: Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborative workshops to generate new and exciting concept ideas. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer behaviours, and competitive landscape. Develop and present concept proposals, including visual mock-ups and business cases, to key stakeholders. Collaborate with design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless concept implementation. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies to integrate into new concepts. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver concepts on schedule and within scope. The right New Concept Development Manager: Proven experience in concept development, ideally in the retail or hospitality sector. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent project management and organizational abilities. Ability to communicate effectively and present ideas to diverse audiences. Knowledge of current industry trends and consumer behaviours.
