Prairie Bus Lines, a school/charter bus service provider, is seeking a dynamic, knowledgeable, professional Receptionist / Assistant Dispatcher to join our team in Red Deer. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will serve an administrative function across various departments. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday. Wage: $18.00/hour Qualifications: Excellent customer service skills with a proven ability to serve the public and relate to coworkers in a courteous, helpful manner Previous administrative experience a definite asset Excellent verbal and written communication skills, intuitive and empathetic listening skills Professional telephone etiquette Organizational and problem solving skills Strong computer skills and knowledgeable of Microsoft Programs Ability to multi-task, work effectively under pressure, and as part of a team Map reading skills with a strong knowledge of the City of Red Deer and surrounding areas Self-starter who is able to work on tight timelines.
