Position Summary & Responsibilities: Reporting to the Distribution Supervisor, the CSR/Dispatcher is the first point of contact for all customers in the Whitby area, this candidate must be able to enter customer orders accurately and courteously, while leveraging a high level of industry knowledge. The CSR responsibilities of this role include handling a variety of customer concerns, including pricing inquiries, product recommendations, adjustments to ongoing orders, troubleshooting delivery issues and communicating with the distribution team, in order to ensure seamless on-time delivery. Additionally, acting as a Dispatcher and first point of contact between the Distribution team and the Ready-Mix (RMX) drivers, this candidate will also be responsible for monitoring the Fleet of RMX Drivers while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the.
