The Headlines: In this role, this person will operate, clean, and inspect equipment as well as work in the warehouse as a warehouse worker should the need arise. They will aid in the optimization of all Operations functions and provide relief support for absences related to vacation, training, sickness and other competing priorities. The Responsibilities: Operate packaging equipment under the guiding principles of Safety the Molson Coors Way and World Class Supply Chain Work with the distribution team: order picking, dump beer, organization, forklift use Participate in problem solving and clean-up activities Work Perks that You Need to Know About: Hourly rate of $21 per hour Must be able to work rotating shifts (days and evenings) The Other Qualifications: You have a High School Diploma or equivalent You have 1-2 years experience in high-speed packaging and/or manufacturing; forklift experience is an asset You have experience in sanitation and with related cleaning tools You are able to work as part of a team or independently You are comfortable working in cold and warm environments You understand the importance of Safety and Quality as the highest priority You have a continuous improvement mindset.
