Position Overview You’re an exceptional leader with the ability to organize and track the details. With an appetite for growth, you are someone who knows that adaptation and collaboration are necessary for the purpose of continuous collective improvement. Reporting to the Manager, Regional Energy Solutions, you’ll lead a team of professionals who provide energy efficiency solutions to commercial customers. Relying on your interpersonal and communication skills, you’ll identify and develop genuine relationships with key customers. Your leadership and drive make the structures you operate within better. In this role, you will: Apply your expertise and knowledge to maximize the continuous uptake in our electrical energy efficiency programs. Build a solid understanding of our internal processes, standards, policies, and procedures. Develop genuine and strong working relationships with key customer stakeholders. Develop leadership skills within the department and help improve the performance of the team. Engage with commercial customers, while managing electricity demand and identifying technology.
