HR Administrator Maternity Cover 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year £23,630 - £25,656 per annum We have an exciting maternity cover opportunity within our Recruitment Team. We are looking to recruit a member of staff who is a proactive and an experienced administrator who has the ability and drive to provide a high level of administration and customer service. You will support the recruitment of permanent and temporary staff ensuring all pre-employment checks are in place. You will undertake the administration and accurate input of new staff, contract changes and leavers across City College Norwich, Easton College and Paston College. Working alongside your colleagues you will be a first point of contact for general HR enquiries and will be responsible for the maintenance of the HR and Payroll Database (i Trent). Applicants should have a Level 3 Administration qualification or equivalent, experience of a busy office environment dealing with customers at all levels and of using a HR and Payroll database. Please note: From 28 November 2020 the government implemented changes to the filtering rules, and we have been instructed that we cannot accept any update service checks on DBS certificates that have been issued before this date.
