They are looking for a Senior Catering Sales Manager to lead this venue’s catering services and ensure an excellent guest experience Main Responsibilities: Execute and manage successful catering events Establish and maintain strong rapport with clients Hire, retain and lead a committed team, providing support and guidance to team members Coordinate with the culinary management team to provide the highest level of catering service Prepare contracts and proposals Ensure all food preparation is carried out in compliance with food safety standards Assist with menu development and stay up to date with industry standards and best practices Produce and analyse reports, create and manage budgets Ensure financial targets and profits are being met and/or exceeded Requirements: At least 2 year’s of Catering Sales experience at a similar operation Passionate about food and excellent service Attentive to client’s needs and have a strong presence Natural leader who works in a fast-paced environment Superb communication, organisational and multi-tasking skills If this opportunity interests you, please send your resume to Dylan today COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for Hospitality, Catering, Leisure, Retail, FM, Property and Construction sectors.
