Required skills and experience: Work with the Services Architect and the Technical Team Lead on the overall design, may perform design review(s) and code reviews Work with team to test changes / additions related to overall design Troubleshoot and resolve issues Able to build and execute detail test plans and test cases Ability to execute and record results from detailed test cases Detailed understanding of the Agnity Communication Application CAS platform Strong knowledge of voice networks and the positioning of the Toll Free solution within the network Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite for creating testing reports, MOPs, test cases, specification documents, etc Role 1 All above plus Knowledge of the Concept Wave Toll Free SMS application for provisioning High level knowledge of SOMOS 800 database and basic transaction types Role 2 All above plus In-depth systems process and internetworking knowledge In-depth knowledge of Structured query language (SQL) database and server infrastructure (Redhat 8.6) Knowledge of cloud based infrastructure as a service (Iaa S) and NFVi/bare metal infrastructure Note 1: You MUST be legally entitled to work in Canada (i. e. possess Canadian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or Valid Work Permit).
