Service Care Legal are currently recruiting on behalf of a London Borough Council who are seeking a Senior Property Lawyer to join their team on a contract basis. Please find below further details regarding this position. ROLE: Senior Property Lawyer LOCATION: London RATE: £45.00 to £50.00 per hour CONTRACT: 3 months ongoing Please note that this position would be hybrid 2 days in the office per week. The Role Responsible for the provision of complex specialist Property & Regeneration legal advice To work closely with the Planning team in the preparation of CPO orders Provide due diligence reports on title concerning sites which have been identified for development The grant of new leases, lease renewals surrenders and rent reviews The Person A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE within Property Law Experience of dealing with complex Commercial Property or Regeneration work would be essential Local authority or public sector experience would be highly desirable for this position If you are interested in this position of a Senior Property Lawyer, please feel free to reach out to Lloyd Stanley on 01772 xyzxyz or also welcome referrals for this position, where a successful recommendation would be worth £250.
