Band 6 Mental Health Social Worker, Gloucestershire - £34 ph. The post holder will be based within a multi-disciplinary team and will work as part of a Social Care Service Within the Recovery Team, social workers are commissioned to focus specifically upon the needs of adults of working age with mental health problems who have appearance of care and support needs Band 6 Mental Health Social Worker, Gloucestershire - £34 ph. The post holder will be based within a multi-disciplinary team and will work as part of a Social Care Service Within the Recovery Team, social workers are commissioned to focus specifically upon the needs of adults of working age with mental health problems who have appearance of care and support needs. The post holder will: work as a Care Co-ordinator or Lead Professional where applicable with individuals who have social care needs and serious and enduring mental health difficulties. develop and provide evidence based interventions for individuals of working age with mental health problems who are receiving treatment from the Recovery Team. ensure a clear focus on recovery and social inclusion. support and supervise both registered and non-registered staff in delivering care. The role will entail backssment, support planning and review of social care packages in robust and timely manner, in accordance with The Care Act 2014 requirements. The hourly rate is £34 ph. Candidates must be a qualified Social Worker with an active registration. This a popular role with lots of interest, so please apply as soon as possible.
