You will be joining a dedicated wards department and you should be able to work fluidly within the team or independently when needed. Our client offers many different welfare systems to ensure your personal wellbeing whilst working, giving you the chance to express yourself in the workplace Duties of the role include - ensuring that standards of patient care are consistently maintained in accordance with agreed operational policies and procedures. Safeguarding, backssing, planning, implementing + evaluating individualised patient care and to prepare and maintain clinical records of patient care.
