Job Title: Head Chef Our client is a luxury retail brand who is opening their first vegetarian café/restaurant based in heart of Mayfair. The café will be based within a retail shop and can seat up to 40 people at anyone time. They will be offering a simple vegetarian menu served across breakfast, lunch and dinner which will be served in a relaxed setting. Head Chef benefits: • Competitive salary starting from £40,000 + tronc. • Sociable working hours, 9am until 9pm. • Working with a chef consultant to develop menus. • 28 days holiday per year. • Generous pension schemes. • Uniform & meals whilst on duty. • Working across the retail/café and development kitchen. Head Chef requirements: • A head chef or kitchen manager who is well organised, self-motivated, and experienced running professional kitchens. • The successful head chef needs to be very strong when it comes to paperwork, health and safety and kitchen legalities. • The ideal Head Chef will have experience working within a vegetarian restaurant previously or be passionate about working within a vegetarian setting.
