We are looking for multi-skilled, enthusiastic customer-focused individuals to join our team at our new office in Reading as a Multi Business Receptionists, answering calls for different businesses across the UK. The calls are extremely varied and range from taking basic details, transferring calls, customer service calls to answering questions, taking payments, or booking appointments. Our staff are at the very centre of what we do, we do not offer zero-hour contracts, and this position does NOT involve any selling or sales calls. Inbound customer service is our sole mission. Requirements You should be reliable, enthusiastic, flexible, and most of all friendly with real drive and passion. Previous telephone experience is desirable but not essential, however, you must be a good communicator: Virtual Receptionist Role Providing and outstanding first impression. Delivering exceptional customer service. Remaining calm under stressful situations. Inbound and outbound call handling for multiple businesses. Scheduling and confirming appointments. Working in a fast-paced environment. Taking accurate and concise information as swifty as possible. Expertly navigating our intuitive agent system. Essential Criteria A minimum typing speed of 35 WPM. Expert listening skills. A high level of computer literacy. Exceptional grammar and punctuation skills. The ability to multitask. Proven history of providing excellent customer service. Desirable Criteria Reception experience. Inbound and outbound call-handling in a fast-paced environment. Call centre experience. Be located within a 10-mile radius of the Reading area. Working Hours 09:30 - 14:30 or 14:30 - 20:00 Monday to Friday 09:30 - 14:30. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
