Content & Social Media Internship Start Date- January 2024 End Date - April 2024 (with possibility to extend) Location - Ottawa, ON, CA (must be within commuting distance), Monday-Wednesday in office working days Schedule - Business hours up to 30 hours/week; flexible based on school schedule. Pay - CA$18/hour Student must be in a current college or university internship program. Take your learning outside of the classroom! Your work will be aligned to our corporate goals, so you're working on what matters and helping our clients make their mark on the world! YOU'LL GET TO. Get a handle on what makes our target audience tick. Research industry-related trends, pain points and find thought leaders who are influential with our audience. Write and produce a wide variety of engaging and persuasive content for: email and landing pages, web (we love pillar content), webinars, collateral, blogs, client success stories, social media posts, deep dive and product-specific content Create writing style guidelines and messaging briefs. Monitor analytics and metrics to gauge success of social media posts and ad campaigns Research social media trends and hashtags that relate to a target audience's interests Manage a social media content calendar for various channels, planning and scheduling posts in advance Maintain a cohesive social media strategy across various channels to achieve high levels of user engagement Create, manage, and publish original and high-quality content across various social media platforms Analyze data and metrics to create weekly and monthly reports on web traffic, user engagement, and ROI Manage all company social media accounts to ensure relevant, up-to-date content Respond directly to comments and questions on social.
