The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, materials sciences, or chemical engineering. Preferred candidates will have a background in semiconductor processing and electronic fabrication methods, along with strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is also desirable for this role.Duties:Prepare and prosecute patent applications in the specified technical fields.Collaborate with inventors, attorneys, and clients to gather necessary information for patent drafting.Conduct thorough reviews of technical documents and prior art to ensure comprehensive patent applications.Engage in communication with patent examiners to address inquiries and facilitate successful patent prosecution.Provide legal and technical support for intellectual property matters related to semiconductor processing and electronic fabrication.Requirements:1-4 years of experience in patent application preparation and prosecution.Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, physics, materials sciences, or chemical engineering.Skills:Well-developed skills in patent application preparation and prosecution.Legal and/or technical experience with semiconductor processing and electronic fabrication methods (preferred).Excellent writing skills.Ability to read and speak Mandarin (preferred).Strong analytical and communication skills.
