Fabric Technician Required Based in Warren Street/Euston Sq NW1Starting ASAP, Temp to perm for the right candidate Monday to Friday, 8am till 5pm. £20ph via umbrella Must possess/pass a DBS check. Duties include but are not limited to: PPMs & reactive works within the team. Ensure maintenance tasks are completed within agreed timescales. Liaise with Clients representatives with respect to maintenance & repair tasks. Undertake site surveys & produce Works Requests, Method Statements & Risk backssments for planned works. Repairs floor and wall coverings. Responsible for ceiling tile repairs and replacements. Responsible for other building and installation works as required.
