This role is to support the business with an ERP upgrade, with the purpose of contributing to the implementation and subsequent support of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. This includes, although not limited to: • Data migration from our current system• Administration on BC security• Implementation of BC general configuration• Managing change control• Assistance with testing• Assistance in system training• Support in project team development of the system• Working alongside users to understand processes and procedures and ensuring they are accurately replicated where practical• Working alongside Dynamics Partners to develop and test upgrades/customisations• Ongoing support The role could also provide opportunities to support other IT Projects and managing your own small IT Projects, as we continue to grow and develop our Business Systems and IT infrastructure.
