Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Paralegal Location: Telford Salary: Open (Do E)We are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our busy team in Telford. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years'' experience in a similar role and will be able to work autonomously. Responsibilities: Provide administrative and paralegal support to the solicitor dealing with residential conveyancing matters Assisting with the opening, progression and closure of residential conveyancing files Drafting and preparing legal documents and contracts Liaising with clients, estate agents and solicitors Preparing Land Registry applications Preparing completion statements Researching matters of law relevant to transactions Keeping up-to-date with changes in the law Requirements: A minimum of two years'' experience in a similar role Knowledge and experience of residential conveyancing Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Excellent attention to detail Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Professional, friendly and approachable If you are interested in applying please get in touch with Stephan @ Simpson Judge today.
