Our client is a Legal 500 ranked law firm that displays an impressive roster of Professionals who regularly contribute to notable publications and their reputation is known both nationally and internationally. As a Personal Injury Solicitor, you will be joining one of the largest Injury teams in the UK and will be given the opportunity to handle a mixed caseload of Personal Injury claims, ranging from road traffic accidents and workplace injuries to medical negligence and public liability cases. Other responsibilities may include: Conduct legal research and investigations to build a strong case for each client. Liaise with clients, witnesses, medical experts, and other relevant parties to gather evidence. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the claims process. Take instructions from clients and give legal advice. Mange own caseload, while also assisting the Partners and senior team members on High Value cases. The successful candidate will ideally have 2+ years’ PQE, is commercially aware, ambitious and looking to establish themselves for the long-term.
