The Central Business Services (CBS) team is looking for a communications and change management manager with exceptional skills in supporting people through transformation. What will your typical day look like? The Communications & Change Management Manager is responsible for the creation and implementation of communication and change management strategies that connect employees with business goals and outcomes. The manager will lead high impact initiatives, using well established communications and change management practices, to minimize team member resistance and maximize engagement. They will work with CBS leadership and program stakeholders to consolidate people impacts and prioritize change activities.
