What you will be doing: As the Director of Operations Strategy & Enablement, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategy and planning processes for Tangerine Operations, as well as supporting delivery and execution of key operational initiatives. You will also be responsible for providing thought leadership to drive strategic change and to partner with the operations leadership team in the identification of appropriate plans and initiatives in support of the business strategy. In this role, you will: Key member of the Tangerine Operations Leadership Team, collaborating on the development of key business strategies, prioritization of strategic initiatives, and participating and/or leading initiatives designed to support the strategy of Tangerine. Provides insightful business analysis and oversees the reporting of monthly, quarterly and year-end results to various stakeholders, including commentaries, to drive a deep understanding of operational results.
