Job Description This role is responsible for assisting in the management and deployment of operational mobility technologies at Purolator courier. This role works as part of the technology development team to ensure the proper maintenance of existing technologies and the development of new technologies. The Operations Technologist may be involved in other technical projects relating to mobility hardware and software Responsibilities: Develop and analyze reports to improve performance Assist in trouble shooting of technology issues Test new products/programs on the mobile scanning units. Research new technologies that can enhance and improve scanner capabilities. Qualifications Required: Exemplifies and consistently demonstrates our core competencies of communication, innovation, change management, relationship building and leadership. Ability to work in team environment. Excellent communication skills. Excellent analytical and reporting skills. Strong technical background and analytics to understand propriety components and assist with trouble shooting. At least 1 year experience with repairs/upgrades on technical equipment. Experience with Mobile Operating Systems. Understanding of automation in courier industry. Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
