Are you an organised and self-motivated individual with a passion for the automotive industry We are seeking a Technical Administrator to join our dynamic team to play a crucial role in supporting technical administration tasks across Engineering, Operations, and Sales. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and success of our business. Key Responsibilities: Database: Assist with the Design, implementation and maintenance of a database to report on manufacturing operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data management. Bill of Materials BOM Creation: Generate and manage comprehensive BOMs to facilitate smooth production processes. Standard Operating Procedures SOPs: Develop and document SOPs to streamline various technical processes within the business. Sales Order Management: Log and track sales orders, while also monitoring associated margins to support the sales team effectively. Software Competency: Utilise strong administration skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, with an added advantage of experience in MRP/ERP software. Organisational Skills: Demonstrate a high level of organisation to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. Self-Motivation: Be a self-motivated individual capable of working independently and taking ownership of assigned tasks. Automotive Knowledge: Ideally, possess knowledge of race cars or road cars and their composition, providing an added advantage in understanding industry-specific nuances.
