This very successful practice focus on Litigation and Commercial Law and deliver business solutions to a wide range of national clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a growing team, and for someone who enjoys supporting from query to resolution. This new opportunity requires a Commercial Litigation Specialist to give guidance on a range of disputes and queries. The often complex and high value disputes include contract disputes, property disputes, directors’ disputes, and some IP. This is an advisory based role, and you will be predominantly liaising with clients over the phone and responding to email queries. You will deliver high quality advice and always ensure a professional and efficient service. This role will suit an experienced commercial litigation lawyer with experience in knowledge of commercial disputes but who is perhaps not looking for pressure of fee earning but still wishes to use their technical knowledge supporting clients. You will need to be an effective communicator, who is proactive and can reach resolutions.
