Location: South-East - Cyprus Salary: €2,100 - €2,500 Gross Monthly Benefits: 13th salary, 25 days of Annual Leave, Accommodation and Medical Insurance. We are working with a top restaurant in one of Cyprus top touristic destination looking for talented and dynamic Sous chefs to join their team. The candidate should be a well-qualified Sous Chef with experience at Michelin Star Restaurants and be able to handle all the operation procedures and team of the restaurant. The Sous Chef will report directly to the General Manager, leading a brigade of up to 7 employees; Restaurant opened in the evening only; Straight shifts, 5 working days and 48 hours per week; Requirements We are keen to speak to candidates that : Have a degree in the culinary arts; cooking schools or similar Are already working at Sous Chef level or Chef de Cuisine Must have experience in Michelin star restaurant Have worked in a structured kitchen environment or branded/international concept Well trained and passionate about French Cuisine ; modern “haute-cuisine”Fluent English Have a European passport or existing Rights to Work in Cyprus Key info summary Sous Chef with experience at Michelin Star Restaurants Straight shifts, 5 working days and 48 hours per week; Location: South-East, Cyprus Salary: €2,100 - €2,500 Gross Monthly Benefits: 13th salary, 25 days of Annual Leave, Accommodation and Medical Insurance.
