We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Derby to assist with the appointment of a Responder/Call Handler, on a 3- month contract , likely to be extended at clients discretion. Responsibilities: Call handling services Responding to emergency situations including lifting uninjured customers using specialist equipment provided. (Full training provided) Carrying out safe and well checks to support vulnerable people living in the community. Installing and maintaining emergency call equipment in customers homes Required Experience: Experience of working in a caring environment/caring for others(HCC) Experience of working in a customer focused working Environment. Accurate In The Input Of Data To The Computer System Experience of working within a collections or call centre environment Familiarity with computers and basic keyboard skills, (Word, Excel) and the ability to learn bespoke systems Knowledge Of Telecare/ Community Alarm Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
