The team: Tangerine’s Storage Team manages and develops mission critical storage solutions that provide secure and resilient access to data used by our internal teams in the support of our clients. The role: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Storage & DBR, you will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) on large, technically complex, and critical projects to ensure proposed applications architectures are in line with the Tangerine IT roadmap, business goals and technology trends. You will provide day-to-day support, perform maintenance , and complete troubleshooting tasks while developing technical plans & storage strategies. This role will be participating in the proactive and reactive support of the core storage and backup infrastructure. We operate in a hybrid work environment. When required, we work onsite at our North York office location. Due to the operational nature of this role, non-standard hours are a common occurrence & you will be required to respond to 24x7 major support issues. Travel to. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
