Nights Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer Bradford 22:00 to 06:00 Sunday to Thursday Our client is a UK leading Manufacturer within their field who are looking to hire an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work on both Reactive and Preventative maintenance on their night shift team. Responsibilities of Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer• Responsible for both proactive and reactive maintenance duties, to ensure there is minimum downtime. • Liaise with the machine foreman and other team leaders to report discuss any relevant issues. • Responsible for clear and concise Handovers between shifts to ensure smooth transitions • Prioritise workloads to ensure a smooth operation • Identify improvements that can be made to production lines, individual machinery or other operations and ensure these improvements are communicated to the relevant team. • Attend and complete regular courses to increase knowledge • Carrying out electrical tests and diagnostic checks Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer person Specifications A time served Electrical engineer or have an NVQ In electrical engineering. 17th Edition qualification Desirable but not essential Excellent problem analysis, PLC fault finding and ability to read schematic diagrams. Excellent knowledge and understanding of electrical control systems. Accurate Fault-Finding capabilities. Knowledge of pneumatic systems would be advantageous.
