This role is on a hybrid working arrangement with a mix of work from home and in the Preston office depending on what it is right for you and your clients. What experience are this firm looking for - A knowledge of Court of Protection property & affairs work - Experience of statutory will and other relevant Court of Protection applications including drafting applications and all supporting documents. - An understanding of funding streams for packages of care including continuing health care and local authority funding. - Knowledge of relevant personal taxes, benefits and other matters connected to personal finances On offer is a competitive salary relative to experience alongside 27 days holiday plus bank holidays, the option to buy and sell holidays, hybrid working, a flexible working environment, company pension, life assurance, employee assist program and many more.
