Business Development Manager Salary £45,000 - £60,000 Must Haves Demonstrated experience in the Unified Communications sector Proven track record of delivering targets Excellent communication skills in all aspects Strong Numeracy & Literacy skills Experience in Business Development/Sales Analytical with the ability to conduct research and evaluation Budget management & income generation Able to conduct commercial negotiations Specialist in one area of unified communications - more you have better but minimum of one area Experience in Business Development/Sales Budget management & income generation - leads to commission Briefing Reason for the vacancy: Expansion/Growth Team: Works closely with multiple different departments - Telesales, Sales Support, Marketing 23 employees company wide Remote/Hybrid/Office based: Office-based for 3 months, Hybrid after probation Role reports to: Sales Manager Extra pointers: Looking for proper hunter sales, 60-70% of role is identifying new clients Some account management is fine but must have demonstrated experience in hunting for sales Locality - fully office based for 3 months (probation) for training 3-4 days a week Can go to 1 day a week hybrid after completion Focused on new logos and not into channel sales Exhibits professionalism - includes through the interview process Non-negotiables/Must Haves: Specialist in one area of unified communications - more they have better but minimum of one area Experience in Business Development/Sales Budget management & income generation - leads to commission Location: Bath Hours:9-5.30pm Monday to Friday Salary: £45,000 - £60,000OTE double what the basic salary Bonus Structure: Uncapped commission Quarterly and annual bonuses to be applied based on individual performance Additional Benefits: Standard Pension 23 days holiday + bank holidays Staff socials and team bonding sessions Lunches Nights out Abroad trips Car allowance Description My client is an independent and trusted provider of Unified.
