My client, an established independent based in Central London, is on the hunt for a Client Services to come in, hit the ground running, and win business for the company. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with landlords to win new instructions Conduct market research and analyse rental trends to determine competitive pricing Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in the lettings process Provide excellent customer Requirements: Proven experience in a sales or customer service role Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of lettings regulations and legal requirements Salary: £26,000 basic, £60,000 OTEHours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm, 1 Saturday per month.
