Responsibilities: Responsible for managing a team of claimant multi-track personal injury professionals to include paralegals, fee earners and qualified Chartered Legal Executives/ Solicitors. Managing a reduced caseload of claimant multi-track personal injury cases, predominantly focussing on motor claims work. Delegating work. Department performance management. s, appraisals and training. Requirements: Either a Chartered Legal Executive, or highly experienced non-qualified fee earner with a proven track record of leading a team. Multi track litigation experience essential.
