Job Title Director of Sales - Events Salary: Up to £70,000 + Bonus Location: SW London My client is a fantastic Events business who deliver incredible experiences for their guests. We are on the hunt for a fantastic Director of Sales with excellent people skills and a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets to join their team. The ideal candidate will have bags of personality, ready to hit the ground running and excited by the opportunity to rebrand, relaunch and rebuild the team Key Responsibilities: Develop innovative, effective and creative sales strategies Build and maintain strong relationships Overall responsibility for lead generation and development of new business Manage, motivate and educate a team to develop their skills in sales Prepare regular budget and management reports Meet with key clients to ensure relationships and maintained and nurtured Identify new revenue or brand expansion opportunities across the business Liaise and work closely with all departments and external agencies Skills and Experience: A proven track record leading sales teaminteractionperience within the hospitality or events sectorinteractioncellent written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong budgeting skills and analytic ability Results driven Strong organisational skills and detail orientated Experience managing, guiding and motivating a team A strong work ethic.
