Our mission is to create a nurturing environment where young individuals can flourish and achieve their potential. As a Housing Management Officer in Middlesbrough, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and wellbeing of our residents. Key Responsibilities: Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that all properties are maintained to the highest health and safety standards. You will be responsible for organizing and overseeing various compliance activities, such as Fire Risk backssments, Gas Servicing, and Electric Checks. Client Contact: Maintain regular contact with residents, addressing their concerns, providing support, and ensuring their wellbeing. Contact Notes: Accurately record all client interactions and important information in contact notes. Monthly H&S and Fire Safety Checks: Conduct monthly health and safety and fire safety checks to ensure that properties are safe and meet the required standards. Fire Evacuations: Organize and oversee fire drills and evacuations to ensure the safety of residents. Void H&S Checks: Conduct health and safety checks of vacant properties, ensuring they are safe and ready for new residents. Property Information Sheets: Maintain accurate records of property.
