Senior Quality Assurance Analyst - Remote, US We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. QA to join our dedicated QA team. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications through comprehensive testing processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and project managers, to drive the success of our products. What your impact will be: Work with a team of QA professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in day-to-day activities. Develop and implement effective test strategies, test plans, and test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to identify defects and ensure software quality. Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide early input on testability and quality aspects. Conduct root cause analysis of defects and work closely with the development team to drive timely resolution. Utilize test tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency. Perform risk analysis and prioritize testing efforts based on the impact and severity of identified risks. Monitor and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and closure. Continuously improve QA processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance the overall quality of deliverables. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in software quality assurance. What we expect: Proven experience (8+ years) in a Sr. QA/Lead role, in a software development environment. Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes. Proficient in test case design, test execution, and defect tracking using industry-standard tools (e. g. Azure Dev Ops or similar).
