Here are some key responsibilities of the role: Responsible for building trust and credibility with all Associate groups to create a safe, inclusive and supportive environment by assisting Associates and DC Operations Management with the interpretation and application of Company policies, procedures and to respond to inquiries and concerns Provides ongoing coaching and guidance to DC Operations Management to enhance their people management capabilities; manages onboarding of hourly Associates Reviews Attendance Management program to ensure compliance and reports findings and opportunities with HRBP team Supports investigations (violence, harassment, Open Door etc. ), grievance/arbitration process; documenting findings, creating case summaries for meetings and developing recommendations for appropriate resolution; reviews complex cases in collaboration with HRBP Assists DC Operations Management with documenting and reporting on performance issues, progressive discipline/corrective action up to and including termination; includes, creating and/or reviewing documentation to support performance discussions (Written Warnings, Performance Improvements Plans, etc. ) Supports non-complex disability.
