NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR – Hospitality & Growth London Based PRO RATA £150,000 per annum We are extremely excited to be working with a people-first company big on the food scene who are looking for a Non-Executive Director to join their board to guide and advise on building the brand and international expansion. The Individual: We are looking for a Founder/ Owner of a business who has had successful experience building a brand from scratch with in-depth knowledge of the current market. This is a hands-on role and would require 1 day a week commitment. Extensive hospitality experience is a MUST for this role Requirements: An experienced leader with a hands-on approach to building and expanding a brand Strong UK and international connections across the hospitality/ food industry Identify and evaluate market trends and opportunities, keeping the company at the forefront of industry developments. Can-do attitude with desire to build on the success of the business Flexible work pattern to fit the needs of the business Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the organisation. Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's strategic growth plans and objectives.
