Global Banking & Markets provides a full range of investment banking, credit and risk management products and services relevant to the financing and strategic development needs of our clients. Our products include debt and equity financing, mergers & acquisitions, corporate banking, institutional equity sales, trading and research, fixed income products, derivatives, energy, foreign exchange and precious & metals. We also cross-sell the full range of wholesale products and services offered by the Scotiabank Group. Is this role right for you? In this role, you will: Champion a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge. Process borrower compliance in accordance with policies and established procedures. Review credit/lending agreements to identify financial reporting, covenant and pricing requirements. Perform analytics functions by backssing trends, material changes and identify high risk triggers. Review Borrower pricing details and capture changes in margins. Cross check Borrower information to ensure it is up-to-date and aligned with internal documents and platforms. Review external customer reports; research company information using external rating agencies such as Janus, Fact Set, S&P, Moody’s and Bloomberg.
