YOUR DAY TO DAY: Taking in all new clinical negligence claim inquiries over the phone Opening new files. Taking in all details required for the medical events Liaise with head department to determine whether the claim can be accepted or not EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Able to multi-task Strong communication and organisational skills Experience of working in a law firm Ability to empathise with clients.
