The firm isn’t requiring experience within entrepreneurial private companies law, so if you would like to pursue this area of law in your next career move, then this is the opportunity for you ROLE: Corporate Solicitor – Entrepreneurial Private Companies team LOCATION: South West – Bristol hybrid working SALARY: £60,000 to £100,000 + benefits The responsibilities of the Corporate Solicitor role To manage and progress a full caseloads of complex matters in relation to entrepreneurial private company law To provide strategic guidance to clients on various matters, including deal structuring, due diligence, negotiation, and documentation Build up a strong client base within the Bristol area and manage and grow your own portfolio of entrepreneurial private company cases The Person A qualified Solicitor with 3 to 7 years of PQE within Corporate Law Previous experience of dealing with entrepreneurial private company caseloads would be highly advantageous A keen interest in developing with your career within entrepreneurial private company law would be essential for this position To be comfortable in progressing complex caseloads with minimal supervision Strong commercial acumen would be essential for this position Benefits of the Corporate Solicitor position: 28 days annual leave Family flexible hourinteractioncellent pension contribution Gym packages If the Corporate Solicitor vacancy is of interest to you or someone you know, then please feel free to reach out to Hugh Barnes on 01772 xyzxyz, or email also welcome referrals for this position, where a successful recommendation.
